The majority of our client‘s dogs are really happy to see us, and our technicians share their enthusiasm. Alternatively, some dogs are guard dogs with a job to do and that can be dangerous for our technicians. We ask that these dogs be confined during service visits.
Dogs act differently when you are not home, so if you’re not sure about yours, keep them inside or call to arrange for a meeting when you are home. If your dog won’t let us in the yard, we’ll let you know
Our technicians sanitize their shoes and tools after every single stop on their route. While we cannot guarantee anything, we do everything we can to keep your yard and your pets disease free.
We do not take the poop with us and this helps us keep prices down. Typically we double bag the poop and leave it in your garbage can. Alternatively, we can leave the bag wherever you’d like on your property.
We offer three recurring frequencies: Once per week, once every other week, once every four weeks. We also perform one-time cleanings.
Unfortunately not. In order to keep our prices down we put your yard on a set route with other properties in your neighborhood. Service will occur on the same day every week, every other week or every fourth week.
Absolutely. While the rain makes our jobs slightly more difficult and uncomfortable, we brave the weather and maintain our normal service schedule.
Accumulated snowfall prevents our ability to see the dog poop, we do not run our routes on these days. We will continue service as soon as possible. When the snow finally does melt, we show up and remove all of the accumulated poop at no additional charge. Please note: No credit will be issued for snow days because all of that poop is still present, hiding under the snow and waiting for our return.
We will brave the smoke unless the air quality index reads above 150 ppm. Please note: no credits will be given for these days because the poop is still there waiting for our return.
Our staff spends the holidays with their loved ones. We do not provide service on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. Please note: no credit is issued for these days because the poop is still there, waiting for our return.
Setting up automatic payments through our website is the most hassle free method and you may cancel this setting at anytime. For individual service visits: we take debit, credit or cash paid at the time of service or in advance via our website.
We quote prices by the visit but we bill by the month. Your automatic payment will be taken from the card that you put on file with us. This happens at the beginning of your month of service.
